Code of Ethics Policy

In order to enable Plastipack Machines Pvt Limited to provide its services effectively and to guarantee the impartiality of services rendered the highest standards of loyalty and ethics shall be maintained by all working in the company.

Accordingly, no employee of the company shall have any personal interests which might conflict with the interests of the company and its customers.

1. Loyalty

As an employee of the Plastipack, everyone shall devote all of his / her working time to the company. Personal matters and interests shall not conflict with the company’s interest in any manner, that would jeopardize employee loyalty to the company.

2. Conflict of interest

The word interest shall mean any type of participation with an interest by any employee of PMPL, in any organization or entity with which Plastipack Machines Limited has a business relationship. Such participation or interest may influence the working of any employee of the organization and create a conflict of interest for PMPL Such participation shall be completely avoided by the employee of PMPL.

3. Personal Benefits

No employee of PMPL shall solicit or accept, for himself/herself or his / her relatives, any personal benefit which could, by its nature or value, influence or appears to influence the judgment or actions of the employee in performing his / her duties for the company, thus creating problems and lack of credibility for the company.

4. Political Activity and Mandate

Within the limits of the above-defined principle of loyalty, no employee of PMPL shall enter into any political activity or accept any political mandate due to which the company’s work suffers as well as customer’s interests are affected.
